Dear Debra, They have arrived this quickly! I had to drop everything and write and tell you how thrilled I am. I wrote down the injury description or I would not be able to locate it. You do wonderful work, Woman. If I didn't know they had been broken, I could not tell by looking. It seems so incredible that these beautiful, irreplaceable figures should look brand new again. Who needs china closets for dishes? I need them for my beautiful horses. Once again, you have done such a job that it is hard to find what was restored. I am going to have to leave a list of restorations with my will so that the next owners are informed, because they won't be able to tell by looking! Thank you again. As I've said before, this is just like getting them brand new all over again. You have such a gift and I feel so fortunate that you are willing to share it. GMT Well, we just opened Mr. Mittens!!! As goofy as I get at times, I have to tell you in all seriousness that is some piece of work!! I'll bet not 1 in a 1000 could tell that he has been repaired. Needless to say, we are both very impressed and happy with him. You know I wish I could leave a testimony someplace, but I know people have seen, and will see more of your work and appreciate it, and word will get around.(and already has!!) DEBRA!!!!! WOW!!! I picked up my little critters today and I unwrapped them just now when I got home. They are just FABULOUS. I knew they would be, but I just have to tell you - it is really like they are new again and yes, they are all smiling. I know you must hear this all the time, but hopefully you can never hear it enough!! Thank you, thank you, thank you - B.S. All I can say is WOW... not very original, I know... but that's about all that comes to mind!! I can't remember exactly all what was wrong... I know the tail was broken off... leg broken? Missing? Ear chipped???? I should have kept before and after pictures!! I know for sure the tail was off.... and try as I might, I could NOT tell where the line was. You're really good. I just now had a chance to open up the package - she arrived Friday but I was away so I picked her up at the post office Monday and just now had the time to look at her. Gorgeous! I could not remember which front leg was repaired so I tried to guess just by looking at both legs, and I could not tell. I looked it up so now I know it was the left leg, but how amazing that I cannot tell the difference. The ears look great too. Thank you so much for doing the repairs and doing them so quickly.
